REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – MIARRA
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To request cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE
We offer exchange only under the following conditions:
Damaged product received
Wrong item delivered
Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Unboxing video or clear photos are mandatory as proof
Product must be unused and in original packaging
REFUNDS
Refunds are applicable only if:
The requested exchange item is not available, OR
The issue cannot be resolved
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
No returns or exchanges for:
Minor color differences (due to lighting/photography)
Personal preference or change of mind
Worn or used products

Please record an unboxing video while opening your package
Without proper proof, we may not be able to process your request
RETURN SHIPPING
In case of damaged or wrong product, return shipping will be arranged by us or reimbursed
For other cases (if approved), customers may need to bear shipping charges
